Terms of Service

The rules for using Pixora's free online photo editor.

Last updated: October 7, 2026

1. What Pixora is

Pixora ("the Service") is a free online photo editor that runs in your web browser. By accessing or using Pixora, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Free use and availability

Pixora is provided free of charge, with no accounts, subscriptions or usage tiers. We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — the site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Pixora lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you must not:

  • Use the Service to create, edit or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others, including copyright and trademark rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or to circumvent any technical measures that protect it.
  • Misrepresent Pixora or imply an endorsement by or affiliation with us — or with Adobe Inc. — that doesn't exist.
  • Use automated systems to scrape the site at a rate that degrades the experience for others.

Because all image processing happens locally in your browser, content you edit is your responsibility alone. We don't monitor, review or store your images.

4. Your content and your rights

You retain all rights to the images you create or edit with Pixora. We claim no ownership over your work, add no watermarks to your exports, and impose no license on what you produce. You're free to use your exported PNG and JPEG files for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the rights of any third parties whose material appears in your images (for example, you remain responsible for having the right to edit and publish photos you didn't take).

5. Our intellectual property

The Pixora name, logo, website design, text content and the editor software are our intellectual property (or that of our licensors) and are protected by applicable laws. These terms don't grant you any right to copy, redistribute or create derivative works of the site's branding or code, except as needed for normal use of the Service in your browser. Pixora is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe Inc.; "Photoshop" is a trademark of Adobe Inc.

6. Provided "as is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the editor will meet your requirements, be error-free, or preserve your work across sessions: because editing happens locally, closing or refreshing your browser tab will discard unsaved changes, and you should export your work regularly.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including any loss of data or work — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the revised version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
