Before you write

A few quick answers to the things people ask us most:

Something broken in the editor? Tell us your browser and version, your operating system, and the exact steps to reproduce the problem. Screenshots help a lot.
Feature requests welcome. Pixora focuses on classic editing tools — layers, selections, brushes, adjustments and filters. If an idea fits that philosophy, we want to hear it.
We can't recover your work. Pixora processes images locally in your browser and never uploads them, which means we have no copy of your projects and can't restore a closed tab.
Response time. We're a small independent team; we aim to reply within a few business days.
Press & partnerships. Include "Press" in your subject line so we can route it correctly.

What happens after you send

Your message arrives in our inbox exactly as you wrote it — we don't run it through any ticketing system or mailing list. A real person reads it, usually within a few business days. If you reported a bug, we may write back asking for your browser version or a screenshot; if you suggested a feature, we'll tell you honestly whether it fits Pixora's roadmap.

A note on privacy

Because the contact form opens your own email client, the only personal information we ever receive is what you choose to include in your message. We use it solely to reply to you — never for marketing, never shared with third parties. And remember: we have no access to your photos or projects, since all editing in Pixora happens locally in your browser.
